All products purchased from LI-NING can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase only if:-
- The item(s) is faulty, damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.
- The item(s) size or color needs to be changed.
In case you want to raise a dispute. At LI-NING we look at each dispute on a case-to-case basis and try to be fair to both parties.
Replacement will be given in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is found. You will be responsible to report within 14 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:
- Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
- The product is damaged because of use.
- The product is tampered with.
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
- If purchased Item(s) goes on sale the exchange would be made on the marked down price only.
LI-NING does not offer a “Refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
At LI-NING we stand behind our products and are happy to assist, if you have any issues with the quality or performance of our gear. LI-NING provides a six months warranty on any manufacturing defects for footwear and six months for apparel and accessories from the date of purchase that were purchased from LI-NING or a LI-NING authorized retailer. LI-NING warranty program does not cover any defects due to improper fit, normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.
